Refund policy

Courses on this site are digital content you can access in full the moment you pay.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once access begins, provided you've given your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. You're asked to confirm both at checkout, and we keep a record of that confirmation with your payment.

When we will always put things right

• You were charged in error, or charged twice.
• The course doesn't work or can't be accessed because of a fault on our side that we can't fix.
• The course is materially different from how it was described when you bought it.

In these cases, email tim@youngprocurement.co.uk with the email address on your account and we'll fix it, including a refund where appropriate. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights.
